I actually started a group at my work called "Fat Ass Fridays"..about 17 people signed up and we all weighed in with one designated Trusted co-worker every Friday. we did it for 3 months and it was a big success!!!<br /><br />I know - Arm flab sucks. i got it - don't know if I'll ever get rid of it all. Sparkpeop...I count calories using sparkpeople.com. Sparkpeople is free, I never had money for stuff like weight watchers. And I don't need to figure out points I just read nutrition labels and do the math :). I've been uber lazy about it lately because I've been doing this for over a year and a lot of it's second nature to me now, but I do notice when I'm really strict and keep track of every thing I lose more. So if I feel like I'm slipping up too much I get strict again and start counting. <br /><br />WooHOOO on new muscle!! my arms are one place I really really wish I didn't have any flab!!! I need more! <br /><br />So I've been to weight watchers in the past- so I usually count my points..but not my calories. i try to count them every day. But i think i will eventually do the calories. what do you do? that was motivating from mayo clinic about the counters!<br /><br />SOOOO>CONGRATS with 3 MILES!
